I specialise in behavioural change, motivation, relationships, addiction, depression and anxiety. Through self-reflection, you will realise that the issues you are experiencing are linked to your core beliefs about yourself. These beliefs control you... for now.

My work is all about facilitating clients’ physical challenges through exercise. Healthy body, healthy mind. Fitness and mental wellness is connected and it’s my pleasure to assist people to unlock their confidence and release the fear that holds them back.
